The term "Contractor" refers to an individual or subcontractor who works at a company on a project basis, but is not directly employed by that company.

Tips for Contractors

  • Go the extra mile, you will get out only what you put in.
  • Take your job seriously - remain professional, be punctual, respectful and diligent.
  • As much as possible, try not to get involved in office politics. You will be respected for it, and better able to focus on your assignments.
  • Take any feedback offered by the client and try to use it to improve on your next contract.
  • Get your time sheet in to us quickly and on time.
  • Let us know if you have any problems, don't put it off, talk to us, we will understand.
  • Don't sign anything you don't understand. Contracts are legally binding and therefore you should know what your commitments are.
