Having worked as Head Chef at some of London most well known (and busiest!) restaurants time came inevitably for a change. Despite the office being very busy, the consultant I deal with at Keystone made the effort to spend real time with me, going through my CV to guide me on my next move. This service continued through out the whole process. I really felt this was career planning rather than a job change. I am now very happy as an Executive Head Chef within a private business project managing within the Gastro and fine dining markets at some very unique sites across London.
